Sophie Irwin presents her latest release

Sunday Times bestselling author, Sophie Irwin will mark the arrival of her fourth book, Henrietta, an Official Georgette Heyer Novel, at Castle Gardens in Sherborne. In association with Winstone’s Books, The Gardens Group will host this author event in The Butterfly House from 7pm.
Sophie will be interviewed by bestselling author, Lulu Taylor about her journey to writing this new officially authorised romance novel set in the world of Georgette Heyer, the original Queen of Regency Romance. Daughter of The Gardens Group’s owners, Mike and Louise Burks, Sophie will talk about how she spent years immersed in historical fiction, while writing her undergraduate dissertation about Georgette Heyer, and how this followed onto releasing her own hugely popular regency romance novels.
Tickets cost £5, which is refundable with a book purchase, and available from Winstone’s Books on Cheap Street in Sherborne and at Castle Gardens on New Road in Sherborne. Doors open at 6:30pm and free refreshments will be provided by The Walled Garden Restaurant.
