We are delighted to be launching a new book as part of Railway 200 celebrations. No history existed and this new book fills the gap in knowledge. Funded by South Western Railway and the second printing by the Community Rail Developement Fund. The book charts the history of the stations on the Blackmore vale Line from Tisbury to Crewkerne and including Salisbury. Written by a top team of authors: Derek Beer, Anne Maryon-Davis, Mike Frackiewicz, Brian Haigh, Giles Harvey, David Lloyd, Christine and Ian Scott and Daniel Wright. With the fFroeword written by George Reeve renowned railway historian of the Main Line to the West book series.
