FOGS volunteers have recently installed four window boxes to the front of Gillingham Station, which have been planted with pansies and grasses to brighten up the approach to the station. Money for these came from a very generous donation from David and Tony, Station Staff, who donated £200 in National Garden Vouchers to FOGS from a £250 award from South West Trains for their recycling achievements, after keeping £50 for an office radio. Remaining vouchers will go towards further planting for the summer.
